HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?
This shipping offer is valid on standard shipments to the lower contiguous 48 States. The offer is valid on virtually any order with a merchandise total over $249.
Excludes freight shipping & special orders
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
To ensure faster delivery, Neo Performance Parts ships from multiple warehouses across the U.S. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days before shipping. We use different carriers based on the item's location, content, and size. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.
We ship all products using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Freight orders will be sent via Pilot Freight. International orders will be sent via USPS or DHL.
Orders containing items listed as IN STOCK products will ship within 1-3 Business days.
This applies to orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 pm ET (2 pm CT/1 pm MT/noon PT). The term 'business days' refers to the days between Monday and Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed on Fridays after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday.
Orders containing items listed as BACKORDERED or SPECIAL ITEM will ship by the estimated ship date. These product dates are subject to change.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Use this tracking number on the carrier's website to track your package's delivery status.
- Log into your an account , you can also log in to track your order's status.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may be able to change your shipping address by contacting our customer service team. However, once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Due to the size and weight of many auto parts, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required for delivery of all orders.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES FOR SPECIAL ORDERS AND FREIGHT ITEMS?
Delivery Times for Special Order/Freight Items
- Special Orders: These are items not typically in stock, such as products ordered from Japan or Canada, or custom-made items (e.g., Spoon Sports, K-tuned, Js Racing, Volk Racing, Advan, Work Wheels).
- Inquiry: Please contact us if you wish to place a special order.
- Deposit: Special orders may require a deposit before placing the order.
- No Returns: No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on special orders. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Delivery Estimates: We cannot provide exact delivery times for special orders but will keep you updated with any information from the manufacturer.
- Shipping: Special orders will be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.
- Signature Confirmation: Special order items require signature confirmation upon delivery.

WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?
We primarily ship through UPS, FedEx, and USPS. For larger or heavier items, we may use specialized freight services to ensure your parts arrive safely.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENT?
If your shipment is damaged or lost in transit, notify our customer service team immediately.
Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials from the shipment.
To process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided.
For damaged packages, please take pictures of any damages at the time of receipt from the carrier.
Lost packages will be processed via the carrier used for shipping.
Neo Performance Parts is not liable for damage claims denied due to customer negligence.
DO WE PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
YES, Neo Performance Parts offers international shipping.

- When contacting us, please provide your name, delivery address, and the part number or name of the item(s) you wish to purchase.
- Shipping charges do not include any duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees.
- Customers are responsible for all importation fees assessed by the shipping carrier and local or national governments.
- All package contents are listed at the actual purchase price as required by law.
- Customers who refuse packages due to importation fees may have return shipping costs deducted from their refund.
- Additional processing and handling fees may apply for international orders.
MY ORDER IS WRONG/MISSING ITEMS
- If something is wrong with your order or if you're missing items, please contact us promptly.
- Sometimes, orders are shipped in separate packages, so check your shipping confirmation email titled "Your order is on the way" to see if this applies to your order.
- Stock availability may result in items being sent from different warehouses, leading to separate shipments.
- If you've checked for separate shipments and still have missing items, or if you received an email about items being out of stock but haven't received further updates, please let us know so we can assist you.
- Claims for missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Received a Different Item
- In the rare event that you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged, please contact us with your order number, the name of the item you didn't receive, and a photo and name of the item you received instead (if applicable).
- Claims for orders received incorrectly must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING INSURANCE?
Yes, we offer shipping insurance for an additional fee. This optional insurance covers the loss or damage of your items during transit. We recommend purchasing insurance for high-value items.
CAN I EXPEDITE THE SHIPPING OF HEAVY OR OVERSIZED PARTS?
Expedited shipping options are available for most items, including heavy or oversized auto parts. Please contact our customer service for specific details and availability based on your location and the item size
HOW DO YOU HANDLE SHIPPING FOR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS?
Some auto parts, like batteries and certain fluids, are considered hazardous materials and require special handling and shipping procedures in compliance with federal regulations. These items might be shipped separately and could incur additional shipping charges.
CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS TO SAVE ON SHIPPING COSTS?
Yes, if you place multiple orders on the same day and they have not yet been processed for shipping, we can combine them into one shipment to reduce shipping costs. Please contact our customer service immediately after placing the orders to request a combination.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY?
Most carriers will leave a note and attempt delivery up to three times. For some orders, especially high-value items, a signature may be required. You can often specify delivery instructions or arrange to pick up the items from a local depot if you expect to be unavailable.
