- A processed order is one that has been entered into our system and the product has been authorized and payment processed.
- All special orders cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason.
Please inform us promptly if you wish to cancel any recently placed orders to prevent them from being shipped.

- If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- For canceled orders, a 6% processing fee may apply if the order has already been processed but not shipped.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

I'M MISSING SOME ITEMS FROM MY ORDER

If an item is backordered, we will notify you with an estimated shipping date. You will have the option to wait for the item or cancel the backordered item from your order

- Deposit Requirements: A minimum of a 50% non-refundable deposit is required when placing an order for special items. This deposit secures your order and initiates the procurement or manufacturing process.
- Non-Returnable: Due to their customized nature, special order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This policy ensures that we can offer our customers exactly what they need for their unique vehicle setups.
- Extended Delivery Times: Special order items may have longer delivery times compared to standard inventory due to the additional time required for manufacturing or sourcing. We will provide an estimated delivery timeline at the time of order.
- Cancellation Policy: Once a special order is placed and the deposit is paid, it cannot be canceled if production or procurement has commenced. If the items are unattainable or discontinued by the manufacturer, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Please note that the following brands are special order items unless otherwise noted individually on the product page:

You can cancel non-special order items before shipping
A 6% processing fee will be deducted from your refund, unless you choose to keep the amount as store credit.

WHAT IS CUSTOMS DUTY?

WHAT IF I DON'T PAY THE CUSTOMS DUTY?
If you decide to refuse the customs fee, we must confirm with the courier that your parcel will be returned back to Neo Performance Parts. Before we initiate the refund process for your order, it's important to note that a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund amount.
